Products purchased on www.nicolettafasani.com are sold directly by NICOLETTA FASANI, headquartered in Italy at Via Paolo Mantegazza 36, 20156 Milan, Tax Code FSNNLT78B43F205Q, VAT Number IT07791440964, and Business Register Number: MI 1982026.

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the name “NICOLETTA FASANI.” is used interchangeably with “NICOLETTA FASANI” and “FASANI NICOLETTA.”

Article 1: Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale on www.nicolettafasani.com define the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the sale of products and services carried out by NICOLETTA FASANI (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to customers of the website www.nicolettafasani.com.
By purchasing or booking a product or service (hereinafter referred to as Order), the customer declares to be of legal age (at least 18 years old), to be a consumer as defined by Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), and to own or have access to an email address communicated to www.nicolettafasani.com.
Each customer declares to have read and accepted the rights and obligations arising from placing an order. All orders are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2: Customer

Article 3: Order Placement, Prices, and Invoicing

The order form will be stored in the database of www.nicolettafasani.com for the time required to fulfill orders and in compliance with legal terms. Customers will also be able to identify and correct data entry errors before submitting the order form.
The official language for concluding a contract with the Seller is Italian.
Once the order form is submitted, the Seller will process the customer’s purchase order.
The Seller may refuse to process purchase orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or lack solvency guarantees, or in case of product unavailability. In such cases, the Seller will notify the customer via email that the contract has not been concluded and provide the reasons for not proceeding with the purchase order.
If the products listed on www.nicolettafasani.com are unavailable or out of stock when the customer places the order, the Seller will notify the customer promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the order submission. If payment has already been made, the Seller will refund the amount paid by the customer in accordance with Article 8.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By submitting the order form electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in dealings with the Seller. If the customer does not agree with any terms outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, NICOLETTA FASANI advises against submitting an order form for purchasing products on www.nicolettafasani.com.
Once the contract is finalized, the Seller will send an order confirmation email containing a summary of the information included in the order form (product details, prices, payment methods, and delivery costs).
To ensure better service quality and product availability, NICOLETTA FASANI reserves the right to limit the number of products that each customer can purchase on www.nicolettafasani.com.
Product prices on www.nicolettafasani.com are expressed in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Prices are valid exclusively for Italy.
Art. 4: Product Compliance on www.nicolettafasani.com
On www.nicolettafasani.com, only high-quality products from the NICOLETTA FASANI brand collection are offered for sale. The materials used to create the products available on www.nicolettafasani.com are produced directly by the Seller.
The Seller does not sell used, irregular, or lower-quality products than the corresponding market standards.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.nicolettafasani.com in each product sheet.
However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.nicolettafasani.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the effects of the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Customers are advised to confirm the final sale price before submitting the order form.
In the event of the right of withdrawal, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of products without the corresponding tag, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or products that have been damaged.
Art. 5: Payments
For the payment of the product price and the related shipping and delivery costs, the customer may choose one of the available methods indicated in the order form (PayPal, bank transfer).
The debit on the customer’s bank account will occur 24 hours after the order date, and the order will only be considered effective after approval by the banking payment centers. If payment is made via PayPal, the debit or rejection will be immediate.
Such information will never be used by the Seller except to complete purchase procedures and issue refunds for product returns, exercise the right of withdrawal, or report fraud to law enforcement agencies if necessary.
According to Privacy regulations, www.nicolettafasani.com does not store customers’ bank details to ensure greater security of personal data processing.
Payment via bank transfer in advance can be made to the following account:
NICOLETTA FASANI di Nicoletta Fasani at UNICREDIT bank, IBAN IT22A0200801663000102941780, BIC UNCRITMMXXX, within five (5) working days from the order confirmation date. If the transfer is not made within this period, the contract will automatically be considered void, and the customer will receive an order cancellation email. In any case, the products will only be shipped after NICOLETTA FASANI sees the payment credited to their account.
The customer is required to save and print the payment details if they wish to keep a record of their bank transaction.
Art. 6: Product Availability
In the case of total or partial unavailability of the product after the order has been submitted, the customer will be informed via email about the order cancellation or the partial delivery of the order.
In case of product unavailability, the customer may request:
- the delivery of an identical product or service of equivalent quality and price, subject to stock availability; or
- a refund for the price of the ordered product or service within thirty (30) days from the customer’s request.
Art. 7: Product Delivery
Delivery Address
The products or services will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process. Shipping and preparation costs include Italian VAT. The customer will be notified of the shipment via email.
The products and/or services will be accompanied by a Delivery Note indicating the contents of the package.
NICOLETTA FASANI delivers its products within Italy, including islands, except for Campione d’Italia, the Republic of San Marino, and Vatican City, using UPS or a similar courier service. Customers can choose the delivery location: their residence, workplace, a third party’s address, or their vacation location.
If the customer is absent at the delivery address, a notification will be left in the mailbox. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will remain available with the carrier for five days following the second notification date.
If this period is exceeded, the package will be returned to NICOLETTA FASANI. Customer Service will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. If no response is received from the customer within a reasonable time, a refund will be issued.
Delivery Timeframe
The maximum delivery period is twenty working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the order date unless otherwise specified before the order confirmation. In such cases, www.nicolettafasani.com will provide the customer with a different delivery timeframe.
Delivery Delays
In case of a delivery delay, the customer can contact www.nicolettafasani.com Customer Service at info@nicolettafasani.com.
Non-Delivery
The customer has the right to cancel the order if delivery does not occur within ten working days after the delivery date indicated by www.nicolettafasani.com unless the delay is due to force majeure.
Within thirty (30) working days from the order cancellation request, NICOLETTA FASANI will issue a refund to the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
Each delivery is considered complete when the product or service is made available to the customer by the courier.
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal outlined in Article 8, customers should check the shipment upon delivery and report any issues or defects they find, including refusing the package if it shows signs of tampering or damage. These claims must be noted on the delivery slip and communicated to www.nicolettafasani.com by email at info@nicolettafasani.com within one (1) working day (24 hours) of delivery.
If the courier does not allow claims on the delivery slip, the customer is advised to reject the goods.
The www.nicolettafasani.com Customer Service will open an investigation with the courier. Customers will receive an email notifying them that an investigation has been initiated. Response times from the courier to www.nicolettafasani.com are generally thirty working days.
Art. 8: Right of Withdrawal
The goal of NICOLETTA FASANI is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their order, they can exercise their right of withdrawal without any penalty within ten (10) working days from the date the customer received the products purchased on www.nicolettafasani.com.
The products to be returned must be shipped within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Returns can be made by shipping the package via Poste Italiane only after completing the Return Form available online in the Customer Service area to obtain a return number.
It is not possible to exchange the chosen item for another.
8.1: Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will be considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are entirely met:
- The Return Form must be properly completed and sent electronically to info@nicolettafasani.com within ten (10) working days from the delivery date. The communication can also be sent within the same timeframe via registered mail to NICOLETTA FASANI, Via PAOLO MANTEGAZZA 36, 20156 MILAN.
- The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition (for design objects and fashion accessories, the packaging must be sealed as originally).
- Products returned by the customer must be sent to NICOLETTA FASANI in a single shipment via Poste Italiane using the Paccocelere service. NICOLETTA FASANI reserves the right to refuse items from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
If the customer has met all the required conditions, NICOLETTA FASANI will refund the purchase price of the products, while the customer will bear the return shipping costs for returning the products to NICOLETTA FASANI.
The customer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the customer can choose to have the purchased products returned at their own expense.
If the customer refuses this shipment, NICOLETTA FASANI reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
8.2: Refund Times and Methods
After NICOLETTA FASANI receives the return and verifies that all requirements have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
The actual time for crediting or refunding the amounts paid for product purchases depends on the payment method used:
- PayPal purchase: The refund will be made to the customer’s PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card linked to the PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
- Bank transfer payment: The refund will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer, so the refund time depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer. Normally, the refund is processed within thirty (30) days.
In the case of gifts, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.
8.3: Product Identification Tag
All products sold on www.nicolettafasani.com are equipped with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the item. The customer is encouraged to try the product without removing the tag, as returned products without the tag will not be accepted.

Art. 10: Jurisdiction – Applicable Law
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drafted in Italian, governed by Italian law, and particularly by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) concerning distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
For any legal disputes arising concerning the interpretation and/or execution and/or termination of the Contract and/or these General Terms and Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Milan, and Italian jurisdiction will apply.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to changes over time, including as a result of regulatory updates. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will take effect from the date of publication on the www.nicolettafasani.com website.
